Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Minimum 7 years of proven & value-based working experience in Sales (Distribution Channel) related activities, sales development, new market/customer generation, and dealer management in similar industries background will be given preference.
  • Expertise on developing marketing strategies and effective communication with valuable stakeholders
  • .Solid technical background with managerial capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new possibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development and Optimization: Create and execute a strategic plan to develop the distribution channel, identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Sales Target Achievement: Set and communicate clear sales targets for distribution partners, monitoring performance regularly and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Utilize insights to adjust sales tactics and channel strategies accordingly.

Budget Management and Forecasting: Develop and manage the sales budget for the distribution channel, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide production and inventory planning.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication and support for distribution partners. Foster a unified approach to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
