Responsibilities & Context
Employment Type: Contractual.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
- Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Oversee access control systems, including the issuance of identification cards, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
- Conduct regular drills and training for security and factory personnel on emergency protocols.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain records of security-related activities.
- Ensure the security team is well-equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure overall security system in safe way.
- Ensuring with company policies and security industry regulations.
