Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 42 years
Ability to work with security guards and non-management level staff.
Must have knowledge of the installation of the panel board system, fire alarm, and smoke detector system.
Must have a certificate in fire safety training or be a retired person from FS & CD who shall be delegated for safety issues, such as training, drill, awareness, etc.
Must have knowledge of the Accord & Alliances rule.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise all entry and exit points of the factory.
Check and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and personnel.
Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas (production, storage, etc.).
Oversee loading/unloading of finished goods to prevent theft or loss.
Manage a team of security guards (shift rotations, attendance, discipline).
Train security personnel on factory-specific protocols, emergency response, and discipline.
Ensure guards are in uniform, alert, and positioned at key posts.
Maintain daily incident logs, visitor logs, gate pass records, and material movement registers.
Report incidents (theft, accident, disputes, or fire) to factory management immediately.
Support compliance documentation for audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, RSC).
Assist with fire drills and evacuation planning.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems.
Support HR and Admin in handling worker unrest, disputes, or disciplinary issues.
Identify potential threats (internal theft, fire risks, labor unrest).
Develop and enforce preventive security protocols.
Helping with crowd control during protest situations.
