Additional Requirements

To ensure security of the Head office, Factory, Projects/Offices.
To ensure patrolling and roster duty of security personnel as per requirements.
To Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
To control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections
Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, during start and end of business hours.
To provide firefighting and other relevant training to security personnel.
To maintain register of incoming and out-going persons, vehicle, products and materials etc.
To monitor security guard of the all different projects.
To conduct random meeting with existing security companies regarding various dispute, better service, dress up , training and active of security guard (as per agreement).
