Proven experience as an IQC Incharge or similar role in the footwear manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Conduct incoming quality inspections (IQC) of materials and components according to established procedures and standards.
Identify and document quality issues, and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and provide feedback on non-conforming materials.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Train and supervise IQC inspectors to uphold quality standards and procedures.
