Responsibilities & Context

The Manager/Incharge of Charity Organization is responsible for overall implementation, supervision and monitoring of the organization at the field. His/her duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:

Ensure timely and proper implementation of project activities aligned with the goal and objectives of the charity foundation.

Provide strategic direction for the implementation and supervise the charity.

Explore the increased gender-sensitive, climate-resilient, and nutrition-sensitive livelihood options practiced.

Maintain regular and effective communication with field staff and head office through both verbal and written correspondence.

Supervise and provide administrative support to the medical staff (Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Nurses, etc.) to ensure the quality of service delivery.

Ensure the availability of necessary drugs, materials, and equipment for consultations and patient management.

Maintain liaison and coordination with local government as well as Govt. offices.

Report to the top management regarding charity organization progress regularly.

Any other tasks or duties assigned by the top management of the Razzaq Foundation.
