Responsibilities & Context
As a Web Researcher at Include Work, you will be responsible for supporting various client and internal business tasks related to research, data, and online service support, including but not limited to:
Market & Audience Research
Collect and analyze information about target markets and audience behavior.
Identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive insights to support strategy planning
Online Research & Data Gathering
Perform comprehensive online searches to gather high-quality data for reports, projects, and business insights.
Compile research results accurately and organize data into usable formats.
Lead Generation Support
Assist in generating targeted leads by researching potential clients, companies, contacts, and opportunities online.
Build lead lists based on specified criteria and industry segments.
Database & Prospect List Maintenance
Update, clean, and maintain accurate databases and records.
Build customized contact and prospect lists to support outreach or marketing campaigns.
Product & eCommerce Research Tasks
Retrieve product information, pricing data, marketplace listings (like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy).
Help analyze competitor products and listing quality.
Review Monitoring & Online Reputation Support
Assist with online review tracking and reporting.
Summarize review data to help improve client reputation management.
Transcription & Content Conversion
Convert audio or video files into accurate written transcripts.
Maintain format and quality standards for text outputs.
Extra tasks you may assist with (depending on client/project needs):
Backlink analysis and SEO support tasks.
Social media outreach assistance.
Administrative support related to research outcomes.
Email list cleaning and validation.
