Operation breakdown/ bulletin –

Making and approving Operation Bulletins is one of the main tasks. Releasing style OB, line layout chart for line(s) based on a scheduled plan.

Productivity analysis –

a person should know how to analyze the labor productivity of the factory and sewing lines.
Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on samples.

To check the Capacity of all operator’s

Line Capacity Study.
Find out bottleneck operation.
To ensure optimum use of Man, Machine & Material
Line Balancing.
Implement new methods for the increase in productivity (Renovation/ Innovation).
Costing Productivity.
Style Evaluation.
Operation Bulletin makes (SEW EASY).
To calculate the CM cost.
Budget Make based on bulletin SMV.
Target Setup based on the bulletin.
Daily production Report.
Line WIP Follow-up.
Daily Efficiency Reports.
Monthly Efficiency Reports.
To Prepare Skill Matrix.
Worker Recruit as per skill test.
Non-Productivity Time (NPT) Record.
Hourly production monitoring.
Employee production Incentive report monitoring and approval of the incentive amount.
Research and development for samples before production start.
The candidate needs to audit the factory and lines to ensure the operation bulletin and line layout are followed by a line supervisor.
