Responsibilities & Context
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Tunnel, VLAN, STP, Port, SSL/TLS, SSH, Telnet, IP Subnetting, OSI Layer, NAT, PAT QoS).
- Ensure performance proper performance test before launching any device.
- Providing technical support of surveillance system (CCTV, NVR).
- Communicate with different vendor/ISP’s for ensuring proper product knowledge and smooth service.
- CCTV System Installation & Camera Setup and Configuration.
- Network & Connectivity Management.
- On-site Technical Support.
- Customer Service
- Any other task assigned by the management.
