Education
- Diploma in Electrical
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any reputed University.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, University
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and electrical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of core electrical engineering subjects such as Electrical Circuits, Machines, Power Systems, and Electronics
- Practical experience in electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to conduct and supervise lab classes, workshops, and hands-on training sessions
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and electrical codes
- Proficiency in using electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, clamp meter, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of PLC, motor control systems, and automation (preferred)
- Preparing lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to guide students in projects, internships, and technical competitions
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and presentation tools
Responsibilities & Context
Teaching and Training:
- Conduct theoretical and practical classes on electrical engineering topics.
- Train students in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
Curriculum Support:
- Assist in developing course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content.
- Update teaching methods to align with industry standards.
Workshop Supervision:
- Oversee the electrical lab and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Maintain the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the workshop.
Student Guidance:
- Mentor students in project work, assignments, and hands-on activities.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure all electrical lab equipment is operational and well-maintained.
- Coordinate repair and procurement of necessary tools.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain records of student activities and departmental documentation.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to institutional development plans.
