The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airline Ticketing, Computer skill, client relationship management, Excellent communication skill, Reservation and ticketing, Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Experience in teaching, preferably as an IELTS instructor
Knowledge on Global Distribution System (GDS) & WEB reservation systems for creating PNR, modifications, processes cancellations, and issuing/ reissuing/ refund ticket will add value.
Handful skill and knowledge on Reservation & Ticketing will add value
Adapting to a variety of teaching situations and learning styles
Good analytical ability & enthusiastic learner
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Professional appearance
Working effectively with colleagues, staff, students, administrators, and others of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds

Providing ground instruction at a suitable training environment in accordance with CAAB and other regulatory bodies
Ensures satisfactory progress throughout the course and immediately informs the line manager of any delays in training or unsatisfactory progress
Providing Simulator Training as per regulatory requirement
Analyzing Training Needs of the participants
Designing the training courses
Developing training syllabus and materials
Maintaining Training records
Ensuring course standards as per regulatory requirement
