Requirements

• Candidates must have freelancing experience and be a top-rated seller in the marketplace.
• Candidates must have previous mentoring or teaching experience in the related field.

Responsibilities & Context

An Instructor / Mentor is responsible for delivering educational content, facilitating learning experiences, and assessing student performance. This role requires strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, knowledge of freelancing marketplaces, and the ability to engage and motivate students.

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to conduct one or two batches, with each session lasting 2–3 hours each day.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand mentees’ interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
• Provide guidance on job market trends, career paths, and required skills for various industries.
• Conduct or arrange for workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking.
• Provide mentorship on soft skills like communication, time management, and leadership.
• Support mentees in securing internships, freelance opportunities, or full-time jobs.

Freelance and Career Guidance

• Prepare and deliver class lectures, presentations, and instructional materials. Facilitate classroom discussions and practical exercises.
• Provide academic advising and support to the students, and address their concerns and inquiries.
• Develop action plans and strategies to help students reach their objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of students and the effectiveness of the digital content.
