Responsibilities & Context
- Produce 2D and 3D drawings for architecture and interior design.
- Develop complete design packages: concept, plan, elevation, section & detailed working drawings.
- Deliver high-quality interior and exterior renderings with accurate lighting, texture & realism.
- Prepare presentation drawings, illustrations, and walkthroughs using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct weekly site visits to ensure alignment between design and execution.
- Handle design approvals, submission drawings, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Assist in project feasibility, material costing & deadline-oriented planning.
