Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities: Utilize software skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Lumion for excellent render quality. Create architectural 2D and 3D drawings, including concept, plan, elevation, section, and detailed working drawings. Demonstrate realistic 3D modeling and rendering skills. Supervise ongoing work and ensure adherence to design specifications. Prepare cost analysis based on design requirements. Clearly outline client design objectives.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture/ Interior Architecture

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from reputed Universities/Institutions.

Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Lumion, Rendering Quality.

Experience Requirements: At least 2 years

Additional Requirements: Age: 25 to 38 years

Both males and females are allowed to apply

Knowledge of raw materials used for modern interiors.

Familiarity with cost minimization techniques and their application in product development.

Ability to generate designs quickly.

Capacity to work under pressure to meet production targets.

Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.

Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented, and ability to work independently if required.

Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.

Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)

Salary: Negotiable, as per Company Policy
