Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Communicate with the potential client to conduct a meeting.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door visits, email marketing, Social Media marketing, and building corporate relationships.
- Develop plans to use social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to promote the company.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Client communication & preparing proposals.
- Create documentation of customer requirements.
- Negotiate & close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
