Abroad Link Limited is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Customer Success Intern.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sun-Thu)Job Type: Internship (with potential for full-time conversion).
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through product features.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.
