W3 Engineers Ltd. is looking for dynamic HR graduates with outstanding communication skills to support various administrative tasks and assist the HR department in its daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Support (Day-to-Day):

Actively participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, and initial screenings.

Research hiring trends and adopt best practices.

Enhance the campus recruitment program and create an events calendar for HR initiatives.

Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.

Support onboarding activities for new employees.

Help manage and maintain accurate employee files.

Assist in the smooth handling of leave management processes.
Content Creation:

Ensure all HR-related content is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.

Prepare and manage social media posts for the company.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data.
Communication:

Facilitate effective communication within the HR team and across departments.

Help draft internal communications regarding HR initiatives.
Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
