  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources management and desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
  • Provide support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and support the organization of company events.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related topics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
