Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s/ Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from any reputed university

Additional Requirements

  • Understanding of basic recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Familiarity with fundamental human resources principles, policies, and practices
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling resumes, candidate data, and recruitment documents
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records
  • Effective time management skills to handle tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Presentation and Communication skills

Responsibilities & Context

This position will assist the HR team in the recruitment process, gaining practical experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and human resources. The role involves supporting recruitment activities, managing candidate interactions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the recruitment process

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job platforms
  • Help in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
  • Engage with candidates through phone calls to provide information about the recruitment process
  • Support the scheduling of interviews and ensure all logistics arrangements are made
  • Assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics and trends
  • Provide support to the HR team as needed
  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
