Responsibilities & Context

• Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity. Remote access solution implementation and support.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Troubleshooting any reported problems regarding hardware,
• End users Support and Ticketing System. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
