• POS configuration support for banks using TMS on a daily basis.

• Assist Banks to complete different payments system certifications.
• POS Application testing based on standard ISO 8583.
• Assist application dev team on new feature implementation.
• Assist application dev team with bug fixing.
• Communicate with OEM regarding production issue
