- Education: Bachelor in Businness Administration, Economoics, Social Science, Education or any other relevant discipline.
- Experience:
- Demonestrated leadership experience through extra-curriculur activities.
- 0 to 1 years in NGO or development sector is preferable. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent in English writing and speaking.
- Competencies: Technical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Graphics designing in advanced software will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context : The Intern – Resource Mobilisation is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager- Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships in all relevant activities – maintaining existing donor relationships and preparation of quality concept notes and proposals, as well as preparing high quality reports and communication metarials for both donors and Tdh HQ.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Assist Identifying and developing synopsis for potential funding opportunity, support in drafting proposal, concept notes, and donor reporting.
Support in the development of fundraising contents including capacity statements, newsletters, organizational profile, and other materials as per fundraising communication plan.
Support in communications for Bangladesh Delegation by developing promotional and visibility materials as per Tdh’s Global policy and dissiminate in the social media.
Provide/ Track regular update of grants follow up toolkit with new and ongoing projects; migrating phased-out projects, funding pipeline, reporting calendar, donor and partner engagement database and ensure all processes are completed as and when required.
Provide support for day-to-day activities and tasks as needed, based on team requirements.
