Responsibilities & Context
We are hiring a proactive and highly skilled Sales & Marketing Executive/ Tele-sales Executive to lead our sales and marketing campaigns. The right individual will be essential in achieving revenue targets and growing our brand’s footprint within the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and secure appointments.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Respond to incoming inquiries, providing information about products, services, or promotions.
Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, clearly articulating the value and benefits of the company’s offerings, while addressing any questions or concerns.
Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Identify and qualify potential leads, keeping detailed records of conversations and outcomes for follow-up actions.
Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to help the company improve its products, services, or marketing strategies.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Stay informed about the company’s products, services, promotions, and market trends to improve the effectiveness of your calls.
