Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support the Sales Training Department. The selected candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training activities for the field sales team. This role provides hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical sales training processes, skill development initiatives, and performance improvement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations and evaluation tools.
- Support coordination of training sessions, participant communication and logistics.
- Help maintain training records, attendance and feedback documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of training programs.
