- মোবাইল বা camera দিয়ে ভালো quality video shoot করতে পারা
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / VN / Canva বা similar tools-এ editing skill
- Facebook, Instagram reels algorithm এবং trend সম্পর্কে ভালো understanding
- Creative mindset এবং নতুন idea generate করার ability
- Product video, lifestyle video বা promotional content বানানোর experience থাকলে priority দেওয়া হবে
- Trend ধরতে পারে এবং fast execution করতে পারে — এমন candidate preference পাবে
- Extra Preference
- আগে ecommerce / online business brand-এর সাথে কাজের experience
- Viral reels/content portfolio থাকলে priority
- Camera confidence এবং creative presentation skill
Responsibilities & Context
বর্তমানে আমরা এমন একজন creative team member খুঁজছি, যিনি social media-এর trend বুঝে engaging content তৈরি করতে পারবেন এবং brand-এর জন্য high-quality video content produce করতে পারবেন।
Position: Intern – Social Media Content Creation (Female)
Location: Manikganj Bus stand, manikganj, Dhaka
দায়িত্বসমূহ (Responsibilities):
- Facebook / Instagram-এর জন্য trendy ও engaging Reels তৈরি করা
- Product-based creative video shoot ও editing করা
- Viral/trending content ideas research করা এবং brand-এর সাথে match করে execute করা
- Product highlight, customer attraction এবং sales-driven video content তৈরি করা
- Social media trends, viral audio, latest reel format follow করা
- New campaign-এর জন্য creative content ideas দেওয়া
- Brand page-এর overall content quality improve করতে team-এর সাথে কাজ করা
