Additional Requirements

Evaluate, and monitor the factory’s compliance with environmental, chemical, and buyer COC regulations and standards.
Assist in development and implement of short-term and long-term objectives and targets to drive continual improvement in environmental and chemical performance.
Assist and actively participate in ESG reporting such as GRI, CDP, SASB, ESRS and TCFD.
Analyze environmental aspects and impacts, implementing mitigation measures for significant environmental and chemical risks.
Follow up on industry-leading standards and initiatives such as HIGG FEM, Clean Chain, BVE3, Bhive, GRI SBTi, AWS, RCS, GRS, OCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX 100, and Step by OEKO-TEX.
Prepare and maintain records for energy, water, wastewater, and other consumption metrics as per audit requirements.
Collection and analysis of chemical and waste inventories according to organizational goals.
Conduct chemical and environmental training sessions to meet audit requirements and enhance staff awareness.
Work on obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses, such as Acid licenses and Environmental Clearance Certificates (ECC).
Oversee the monitoring of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and wastewater management to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
