Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Job Posting & Management:Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Manage applications and track candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
