Responsibilities & Context

• Should be through with Accounting Standards.
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
• Assist in planning, organizing and carrying out the internal audit function
• Review and follow – up the Internal Audit Schedule as set by supervisor
• Evaluate, examine policies, procedures and systems
• Check bill, vouchers, registers and all other related documents to ensure proper record keeping
• Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction.
• Prepare the inventory report and submit to the Head of the Department
• Check Logbook of Vehicles, Fuel consumption bills of vehicles, Gate pass, Challan, Petty cash of project, Materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to head of department
• Any other special task assigned by Management
