Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing/IT, or a related field or relevant degree.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proven experience (1+ years) in international business development, preferably in the software or app development industry.
• Strong understanding of software development and mobile app technologies.
• Soft Skill: Internet Browing, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Email, Proposal making, online meeting, CRM etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and business analytics tools.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Business Development Manager to expand our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with global clients, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth in line with our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Create and execute strategies for market entry and expansion.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Prepare and present proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
