Requirements
Education
- HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- A Level, O Level, HSC pass / BBA / MBA (Not mandatory)
- Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.

Responsibilities & Context
- Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
- Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
- Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting
- Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
- Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
- To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
