Responsibilities & Context

We are a UK based Call Centre. We are looking for the right person to join our international National Call Centre team as a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English communication, have good computer skills, and good team player. A minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Centre is preferable.

Shift: Night Shifts Only (4 nights in a week)

Shift Start From : 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)

Candidate must have an Undergraduate Degree or GCSE A Level

and must be fluent in English and have good skill in computer

1 year of experience in a call center is preferable.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Service over the phone.

Managing communication with clients via Email and WhatsApp

Communicating with other offices

Working with other colleagues.
