• Over 10 years of practical experience in food service and cooking operations.
• Experience in fields other than Japanese cuisine is required.
• Limited to work experience at workplaces where employment certificates can be submitted, regardless of whether they are domestic or international.

Experience requirements [preferred]

• International brands such as Sofitel, Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, and Intercontinental
• Experience working in the culinary department of a restaurant

• English: Basic communication skills required.

Lifestyle suitability

• Applicants must be able to live in a dormitory with other residents (sharing a room with approximately 6 people).
• We are looking for someone who can adapt to seasonal changes in work location.
