Responsibilities & Context
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭
✅ You’ll help colleagues from different countries and keep good relationships with them and the company’s management.
✅ As an International Relations Officer, you’ll work with partners, clients, and collaborators worldwide, including Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
✅ Lead the international team with expertise.
✅ Communicate clearly with colleagues from around the world and use persuasion to achieve common goals.
✅ Work together with companies different departments like marketing, Human Resource, Accounts, operations and Management.
✅ Make plans for the future and quick decisions to solve problems.
✅ Keep an eye on how well the international team is doing and help them improve.
✅ Work closely with the HR team in Europe.
✅ Make sure new international hires feel welcome with special programs.
✅ Keep up to date with HR technology to make processes smoother.
✅ Stay cool under pressure and handle lots of tasks at once.
