Summary

Education

We are looking for experienced and fresher (good English speakers) telemarketers for our USA and Canadian projects.

Apply only if you are comfortable working the night shift (Bangladesh time 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for cold calling.

Job Responsibilities

Handle a large number of outbound calls to US and Canadian customers in a timely manner.
Applicants must be fluent in English and able to work night shifts.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling various topics.
Also must have a good method and be able to go off-script if needed.
Taking customer enquiries, selling services/products over the telephone as per instructions given.
Follow the “sales script” during each call to address different topics.
Find out what the customer needs, clarify the problem and provide a solution or alternative.
Searching for new targeted leads.
