Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, A Level, O Level

Responsibilities & Context
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients (e.g., Corporates, SMEs, enterprises) through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on company needs and budget alignment.
Sales Outreach
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to schedule demos and meetings.
- Assist in crafting persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
CRM Management
- Update and maintain prospect/client data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24).
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
Sales Support
- Prepare sales collateral (e.g., product brochures, case studies, competitor comparisons).
- Shadow senior sales reps during client calls and negotiations.
Marketing Collaboration
- Assist in creating content for email campaigns, social media, or blogs to attract leads.
Market Research
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.
Reporting
- Compile Daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and pipeline health.
