Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales, Acquisition & CRM Intern to assist with our Agents Acquisition, sales efforts and customer relationship management (CRM) activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry, working closely with our sales and marketing teams. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our Agents Acquisition, sales pipeline, customer interactions, and CRM management.
Job Responsibilities:
Agents Acquisition:
- Conduct research to identify and target potential travel agents for partnership opportunities.
- Assist in reaching out to prospective agents through emails, calls, and meetings to present partnership offers.
- Support the onboarding process of new agents, ensuring necessary documentation and training are completed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Daily sales visit follow-up and report.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings and maintaining customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Assist in managing and updating the company’s CRM system with accurate customer data.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and track interactions to foster long-term relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to help improve service quality and retention.
- Help design and execute customer loyalty programs and communication strategies.
