Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in managing the sourcing chain and enhancing its efficiency.
• Help develop a pool of reliable suppliers from different districts and B2B networks to improve sourcing capability.
• Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to enhance loyalty and sourcing efficiency.
• Explore and assist in sourcing for rare or uncommon trades.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, job postings, employee referrals, and other platforms to support effective sourcing efforts.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to improve candidate interview performance and selection rates.
• Work closely with the mobilization team to optimize sourcing output.
• Assist in conducting pre-screening, mock interviews, and training sessions to increase candidate selection success.
• Maintain performance records and update the candidate database regularly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department and update ERP usage for ISS.
• Continuously research and plan for expanding the sourcing network and supplier base.
