Additional Requirements

Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with procedures.
Processing inventory basic analysis (file import, upload data from SAP)Validation of inventory analysis results Stock corrections in SAP Completing the international document database Support in stock counts planning
Checking and updating status of deliveries in SAP Working with emails to answer questions related deliveries Contact with Sales Department, Area Sales Managers with Stores and Warehouse
Update, keep and track of databases (for inventory preparation)Creation & distribution of Reporting Creation of inventory reports Regular reports about deliveries or corrections. Knowledge in advance excel will add extra value.
Generate reports and make recommendations to optimize inventory, such as adjusting reorder points, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies
Collect inventory and sales data, identify and analyze discrepancies, develop and improve inventory control systems, and maintain detailed records of transactions
Analyze sales trends, demands, and forecastingCoordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory
Count a portion of a company’s inventory on a regular basis to keep a more accurate count
Generate updated inventory reports and complete monthly inventory reconciliations
