Responsibilities & Context

• Managing and Controlling Inventory: Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock quality, quantities, and locations. Receiving and Storing Goods: Ensuring proper handling and storage of incoming goods. Fulfilling Purchase Orders: Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitoring Stock Distribution: Tracking and managing the movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
• Monitoring Stock Distribution: Tracking and managing the movement of goods ( Carton Paper, poly PP, LDP, Gum, ETC accessories throughout the supply chain.
• Analyzing Stock Levels: Analyzing data to identify trends and optimize inventory turnover. Planning Delivery Schedules: Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicating with Stakeholders: Communicating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations. Coordinating Stock Counts: Participating in or coordinating physical inventory counts to verify accuracy. Monitoring Supplier Performance: Evaluating supplier performance and identifying potential issues. Creating Reports: Generating reports on inventory performance and key performance indicators.
• Maintaining an Inventory Database: Updating and maintaining the inventory management system with accurate data. Ensuring Accuracy and Efficiency: Implementing measures to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Other Duties: Assisting with disaster recovery and safety plans, keeping records of equipment maintenance, and performing other duties as assigned.
