Responsibilities & Context
Oversee inventory management and stock control activities
Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish supplies as needed
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain accurate inventory records, including product information, quantities, and movements
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Analyze inventory trends to optimize stocking strategies and minimize excess inventory
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless stock flow and avoid supply chain disruptions
Prepare and present inventory reports for management review
Implement strategies to reduce inventory holding costs and improve stock turnover
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory control
Ensure timely cleaning material & uniform distribution
