Responsibilities & Context

Company Description: Maslin Capital Limited is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Asset Management Company in Bangladesh, mandated by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission to structure and manage wealth within the purview of Alternative Investment Rules, 2015 and Mutual Fund Rules, 2001.

Job Context: Maslin Capital is looking for young talents aspiring to be part of its dynamic research team.

Responsibilities:

• Alternative Investment and Corporate Advisory in managing corporate advisory work and analyzing alternative investment portfolios, as well as evaluating prospective growth companies
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential investments
• Monitoring and evaluating investment performance and market trends
• Develop financial model and do valuation of prospective projects based on market research and financial statements
• Prepare inclusive reports, business proposals, Information Memorandum etc, for clients/stakeholders
• Forecasting financial performance using the statistical and mathematical model
• Preparing and presenting financial research summaries
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
