Install and configure software and hardware (Computer, Laptop and other components)·
Familiarity with payroll software systems and understanding of biometric hardware and software.·
Verify functionality of hardware and software components·
Link up and monitor the PC with the server and storage functions·
Manage and maintain IT systems, including networks, servers, and CCTV systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.·
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone, troubleshoot network and connectivity issue, including able to terminate UTP cable for networking purpose·
Manage and maintain the biometric attendance system for workers and staff. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of attendance data.·
Create and manage salary sheets using payroll software.·
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the ERP software server.
Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
Generate and analyze IT-related reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
