Responsibilities & Context
Creative Design & Content Creation:
- Design mini-websites and product pages for GGS clients.
- Create visually compelling presentations and pitch decks for ERP solutions and other services.
- Develop graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
Technical Assistance:
- Manage product uploads on Alibaba.com and ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain and improve clients’ online storefront aesthetics and usability.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the OBS team to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the New Sales and Renewals teams to create tailored presentations and marketing content.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs align with Tradeshi’s branding guidelines.
- Innovate new ways to visually communicate Tradeshi’s value proposition to clients.
Client Support:
- Provide basic platform training to clients on using Alibaba.com features.
- Maintain professionalism and people-centric communication in all client interactions.
