Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

The IT and Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure and creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing and communication materials. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure effective IT solutions and high-quality graphic design outputs.

Responsibilities:

IT Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including hardware and software.
• Ensure network security and data protection.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Manage IT projects and system upgrades.

Graphic Design:

• Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
• Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity and branding.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their design needs.
• Ensure all designs are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.

General:

• Keep accurate records of IT issues and design projects.
• Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and graphic design.
