Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL) will be an advantage.

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 55 years

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), database management, and cyber security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and helpdesk support.
• Working experience in Public Health Program will be given preference.
