4. Responsibility & Context :
Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service locations efficiently.
Manage schedules and ensure timely dispatching of service calls.
Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication with team members.
Maintain accurate records and data in Microsoft Excel.
Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly using Microsoft Outlook.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
