Responsibilities & Context

• Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware, software, networking equipment, printers and scanners;

• Maintaining and updating computer systems, servers, network equipment, CCTV system and access control system; 

• Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to users, including resolving hardware and software issues;

• Editing photos using software;

• Ensuring all the systems are regularly updated with the latest software and security updates;

• Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors for equipment procurement;

• Assisting with network connectivity issues and ensuring the stability of the network.
