Responsibilities & Context
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.·
- Manage all troubleshooting problems and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.·
- Check system maintenance by assisting with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware, software, and networks.·
- Guide users on best practices for using IT resources, and assist with on-boarding and training for new software or systems.·
- Assist in the implementation of updates, patches, and new software to ensure that systems are updated·
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and common solutions.·
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with end users.
- Work closely with other IT team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve IT services
