Additional Requirements

Provide timely support for system and application problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, Ip Phone and other IT equipment.
Monitor Ip camera & network performance and security to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and.
Perform routine maintenance of servers, storage systems, and other IT assets.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update enterprise software systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Experience in graphics design (Adobe photo shops, adobe premiere pro and adobe illustrator)
Maintain Social Media advertisement running analytics activities.
Maintain Online Travel Agent (OTA) server activitiesPrepare regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and resolutions.
Provide training to staff on using new systems and applications.
Respond to user queries and assist in improving IT literacy across the organization.
Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure adherence to data security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
