Education

Experience

Responsibilities & Context
The position will be responsible to:
- Ensure technical support and troubleshooting as IT representative.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Ensure installation, support and maintenance of EMR, POS systems.
- Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user requests.
- Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
- Must have the mindset to visit the outlets and willing to work at roster basis.
